AI Integration & Automation
Automation that removes real work, not demos
We find the manual steps between your systems and remove them, and we add AI features to your own products where they genuinely help. If a simpler answer exists, we will tell you.
What this actually means
Two kinds of work. Automation connects the systems you already run so information moves without a person copying it. Integration adds AI capability into your own products or internal tools, such as classifying incoming enquiries, summarising long documents or answering routine questions from your own content.
Most of the value is unglamorous. Removing an hour of daily rekeying is worth more to most businesses than a chatbot on the homepage.
Who this is for
Someone rekeys data every day
Orders, invoices or leads copied between systems by hand, with the mistakes that always follow.
Approvals and handoffs stall
Work waits in inboxes because no system moves it along.
You have content nobody can find
Documents, policies or specifications your team cannot search quickly.
What we provide
- Process review to find where the manual work actually is, measured rather than assumed
- Integrations between your website, ERP, CRM and finance systems
- Workflow automation for approvals, handoffs and routine notifications
- AI features built into your own products, using your own data
- Document and knowledge search over content your team already has
- Clear limits on what the automation does, and what still needs a person
How we work
1
Find the cost
We measure where time actually goes. Automation is only worth building where the saving is real.
2
Prove it small
A narrow first build on one process, so you see it working before committing further.
3
Build and connect
The integration or feature, built into your systems rather than bolted alongside.
4
Hand over
Documentation, monitoring and a clear description of what happens when it fails.
Being straight about AI
AI systems are useful and they are also wrong sometimes. Anything we build tells you where its answer came from, keeps a person in the loop where a mistake would matter, and is scoped so a failure is visible rather than silent.
We will also tell you when the honest answer is that you do not need AI. A scheduled job, a proper integration or fixing the underlying process often solves the problem better and costs less to run.
Show us the job nobody wants to do
Describe the repetitive work. We will tell you whether it can be removed and what that would take.
