Questions before you write

Is the initial consultation free?

Yes. The first conversation is free and carries no obligation. If it turns out we are not the right fit, we will say so on the call rather than sending a proposal anyway.

What should I include in my message?

What is not working, what you have already tried, and what you are trying to achieve. Links to the site or system involved help. You do not need to write a specification.

Do I need to know which service I need?

No. Choose “Not sure yet” in the form if that is the honest answer. Describing the problem is more useful to us than picking a category.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

Your enquiry goes to our team inbox and a person reads it. We reply by email to ask anything we need, then agree the next step with you.
