Why companies pick The DEV Point for NetSuite

Most ERP projects go wrong when the build starts before anyone has mapped how the business actually runs. We work the other way round.

  • Process before code

We map how orders, stock, approvals and month-end close actually work before anything is configured. The build follows the business, not the other way round.

  • Decisions in plain English

Every configuration choice comes with the reason behind it, so your team can run NetSuite day to day without calling us for every change.

  • Senior consultants, efficient build

Workshops and system design are led from Dubai, development runs from Lahore. You get senior attention without paying Western agency rates for every line of SuiteScript.

  • Still here after go-live

Thirty days of hypercare, then ongoing support to tune workflows, reports and scripts as your volumes grow.

What our NetSuite implementation covers

Take the full project or only the parts you need. Every project is scoped in discovery and quoted as a fixed fee.

  • Full-cycle NetSuite implementation

From the first discovery workshop to the day your team logs in. We configure the modules that matter to you: financials, inventory, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, CRM and HR.

Includes: Roles and permissions, chart of accounts, approval workflows, saved searches and dashboards.

  • Data migration

We clean, map and import your data from QuickBooks, SAP or spreadsheets, then reconcile it so finance can sign off the numbers before go-live.

Includes: Customers, vendors, items, open transactions, opening balances and selected history.

  • Integrations

NetSuite connected to the tools you keep, so nobody re-keys data between systems.

Includes: Shopify and other stores, CRMs, banks and payment gateways, and in-house apps through SuiteTalk REST and RESTlets.

  • SuiteScript customisation

For processes standard NetSuite does not cover, we build inside NetSuite rather than bolting tools on around it.

Includes: Suitelets, user event, client, scheduled and Map/Reduce scripts, custom records and Advanced PDF templates.

  • Hypercare and ongoing support

Thirty days of dedicated support after go-live while your team settles in, then optional monthly support.

Includes: Fixes, user questions, new reports and saved searches, and admin changes as you grow.

NetSuite consultants in Dubai, developers in Lahore

Consultants and developers work from one project plan, so what is agreed in a workshop is what gets built.

  • Dubai: consulting and GCC setup

Workshops, system design and project management close to our GCC clients, from a team that knows the UAE's fast-moving, tax-regulated business environment.

  • Lahore: development and data

SuiteScript, integrations and data migration from an experienced technical team, at a fraction of Western agency rates.

  • Worldwide: remote delivery

Clients worldwide, including the UK, Europe, North America and the GCC. Our working day overlaps with UK and European hours, and workshops and training run on video calls.

Our 6-step NetSuite implementation method

Each stage ends with something you can review and sign off, so nothing about go-live comes as a surprise.

  1. Discovery

Workshops with finance, sales and operations to map how work flows today and where it breaks.

You get: process map, agreed scope and a fixed-fee quote

  2. Blueprint

How NetSuite will handle each process, gap by gap, including anything that needs a script or integration.

You get: a design document you sign off before the build

  3. Build

Configuration, roles, workflows, scripts and integrations, built in a sandbox account.

You get: a working sandbox to review

  4. Testing

We try to break it before your team uses it, then your users run acceptance tests on real scenarios.

    You get: user acceptance sign-off

  5. Training

Role-based sessions in Dubai, Lahore or on video calls until each team is confident in its daily tasks.

You get: trained users and how-to notes for each role

  6. Go-live

Cutover, opening balances and the switch from the old system, then 30 days of hypercare.

You get: a live system and a named support contact

NetSuite implementation questions

Not covered here? Add your question to the estimate form and we will answer it on the call.

How long does a NetSuite implementation take?

Most implementations take three to six months. A single-entity business moving off QuickBooks with a couple of integrations sits at the shorter end; groups with several subsidiaries on NetSuite OneWorld, custom scripts and multiple integrations take longer. You get a clear timeline at the end of discovery.

How much does a NetSuite implementation cost?

The implementation fee depends on the modules you need (for example Advanced Inventory or OneWorld), the number of integrations, how much custom SuiteScript is required and how much data we migrate. The NetSuite subscription itself is billed separately by Oracle. After discovery we give you a fixed implementation fee, so the budget does not creep as the project runs.

What does a NetSuite implementation include?

Configuring NetSuite around your processes, setting up roles and approvals, migrating data from your current system, connecting the tools you keep such as your online store or bank, testing, training your team and supporting you through go-live. The aim is one system that finance, sales and operations all work in.

Can you work with us if we are not in the UAE or Pakistan?

Yes. We work with clients worldwide, including the UK, Europe, North America and the GCC. Workshops and training run over video calls, and our Dubai and Lahore hours overlap with most of the UK and European working day.

Can you migrate our data from QuickBooks, SAP or spreadsheets?

Yes. We migrate customers, vendors, items, open invoices and bills, and opening balances, and bring across transaction history where it is useful. Before go-live, finance signs off reconciliation reports that compare the old system with NetSuite.

How should we prepare for a NetSuite implementation?

Three things make the biggest difference: clean up old data rather than moving it across, appoint one project lead on your side with time to make decisions, and agree how key processes such as order-to-cash and month-end close should work before the build starts.

Is NetSuite right for small, mid-sized or large companies?

NetSuite suits growing businesses that have outgrown entry-level accounting software, through to groups with several subsidiaries and currencies on NetSuite OneWorld. If NetSuite is not the right fit for your size or budget, we will say so on the first call.

Can NetSuite be customised to fit our processes?

Yes. A lot can be done with configuration, workflows and custom fields. Where standard features stop, we build with SuiteScript: custom records, Suitelets, scheduled and Map/Reduce scripts, and Advanced PDF templates for documents such as invoices and delivery notes.

Ready to run the business on one system?

Send a few details and we will set up a free consultation. You will find out whether NetSuite fits, what the project involves and what it will cost.
