Work
The kind of work we take on
We only publish detailed case studies when we can share the work with the client’s permission. Until those are ready, here is an honest description of the engagements we actually deliver.
Why there are no case studies here yet
Most agency portfolios show logos and numbers that cannot be checked. We would rather show you nothing than show you invented results, so this page describes the work itself instead.
Published case studies need two things: a project finished long enough ago to have real outcomes, and a client willing to have those outcomes published. We are working through both. In the meantime, if you want to see relevant work before committing to anything, ask on a call and we will walk you through it directly.
Engagement types
Six areas, and most projects touch more than one.
NetSuite & ERP implementation
New implementations, rescues of half-finished ones, integrations with the systems around them, and support after go-live.
Web & software development
Business websites, ecommerce builds, custom web applications and internal tools, plus the integrations between them.
SEO, AEO & GEO
Technical audits and fixes, content programmes, entity and schema work, and migration SEO when a site is rebuilt.
Paid advertising
Google Ads and paid social, conversion tracking that can be audited, and the landing pages the traffic arrives on.
AI integration & automation
Removing manual steps between systems, workflow automation, and AI features built into a client’s own product.
Social media & creative
Brand identity, design systems, and social content produced to a calendar rather than in a panic.
What a typical engagement looks like
Single project
A defined piece of work with a start and an end: a website build, an ERP implementation, a technical SEO fix. Scoped in writing before it starts.
Project then support
The same, followed by maintenance, hosting support or ongoing search work once it is live. The support is a choice you make afterwards, not part of the quote.
Ongoing programme
Continuous work with a monthly scope, most common in search, advertising and social, where the value comes from compounding rather than a single delivery.
How we run a project
01
Discover
A working session on what is actually wrong, where the data lives and what breaks. No charge and no prepared pitch.
02
Scope
What is included, what is deliberately not, what it costs and when it lands. In writing, before anything is built.
03
Build
Work arrives in stages you can see, with a named contact rather than a silent gap and a reveal at the end.
04
Hand over
Training, documentation and access. You keep the code, the site and the credentials whether or not you keep us.
Not every project starts from scratch
Many projects start with something that already exists. Replacing it is a recommendation we make when it is genuinely cheaper than repair, not a starting assumption.
An existing WordPress site
An existing ERP or business system
Existing advertising accounts
Existing analytics and tracking
An in-house development or marketing team
We often work alongside a team that is already in place, taking the part they are not set up for and leaving the rest alone. If you would rather understand how we think before discussing a project, the about page covers that, and the homepage is the short version.
Who we work with
Growing businesses in the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and the United States, usually somewhere between outgrowing spreadsheets and needing a proper system of record.
- Businesses replacing a mix of separate tools with one system
- Companies whose website no longer matches the business they have become
- Teams losing hours a week to work that should be automated
- Organisations that are invisible in search beyond their own brand name
If you are not sure which of those you are, the services page starts from the problem rather than the service name.
