Services
Six services. One team that owns the result.
The DEV Point plans, builds and runs the technology a growing business depends on. You can engage any of these on their own, or let one team join them up.
What we actually do
Most businesses we meet are paying three suppliers who never speak to each other. The ERP vendor blames the web agency. The web agency blames the marketing agency. Nothing gets fixed because nobody owns the whole picture.
We work across all three. That means when your order data does not reach your accounts, or your advertising cannot tell you which enquiries turned into revenue, it is our problem to solve rather than a conversation between suppliers.
Not sure which one you need?
Start from the problem rather than the service name.
Our systems do not talk to each other
Finance rekeys data, stock is wrong and reporting takes days. Start with NetSuite and ERP, then look at AI Integration and Automation.
Nobody can find us
You rank for your own name and little else, and AI assistants do not mention you. Start with SEO, AEO and GEO.
We need leads sooner than SEO can deliver
Start with Paid Advertising while organic work builds.
The website is holding us back
Slow, hard to edit, or it cannot do what the business now needs. Start with Web and Software Development.
We waste hours on manual work
Copying between systems, chasing approvals, retyping orders. Start with AI Integration and Automation.
Our brand looks inconsistent
Different fonts, colours and tone on every channel. Start with Social Media and Creative.

How we work
Four stages, whether the work is a website, an ERP implementation or an advertising account.
01
Understand the problem
We start with what is actually going wrong, not with a service name. Sometimes the answer is smaller than you expect.
02
Define the right solution
You get a written scope: what is included, what is not, what it costs and roughly when it lands.
03
Build and implement
Work happens in stages you can see, with a named contact and no silent months.
04
Improve on what the results show
We look at what the data says after launch and adjust. If something is not working, we will say so.
Who we work with
We suit organisations that have outgrown the tools they started with, and need the systems, the website and the marketing to agree with each other.
Growing businesses
Professional service firms
E-commerce businesses
Startups and SMEs
Teams replacing manual processes
Businesses that need better digital acquisition
We work with businesses across the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and the United States, remotely and on site where a project needs it.
Why The DEV Point
Strategy and implementation in one team
The people who recommend the work are the people who do it, so nothing is lost between the advice and the delivery.
Business systems and marketing under one roof
We understand both the ERP and the advertising account. That join is usually where projects quietly fail.
Built to be handed over
Sites your team can edit and systems that are documented. Ongoing support is a choice you make, not a dependency we design in.
What comes after a project
Website maintenance, hosting support, and ongoing search or social work are all available once your project is live. These are not separate products you have to buy. They are how we stay useful after launch, and we will tell you honestly if you do not need them.
Questions we are asked before a project
Do you work on individual services or combined projects?
Both. Any of the six can be engaged on its own. Where a problem spans more than one, the same team handles it rather than passing you between suppliers.
Can you improve an existing website or system rather than rebuild it?
Usually, yes. We look at what you already have first. Rebuilding is a recommendation we make when it is genuinely cheaper than repair, not a starting assumption.
Do you work with businesses outside the United Kingdom?
Yes. We work with businesses across the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates and the United States.
Can you support ongoing SEO, advertising or development?
Yes. Maintenance, hosting support and ongoing search or social work are available once a project is live, and we will tell you honestly if you do not need them.
How do I know which service I need?
You do not need to know. Describe the problem in your own words and we will tell you which part of it we can help with, or if we are not the right fit.
Can you integrate the software and tools we already use?
In most cases yes. Integration between existing systems is a large part of both the ERP and the automation work.
Tell us what is not working
A short call, no obligation and no prepared pitch. If we are not the right fit, we will say so on the call.
